2024 UUFL Executive Committee
This alternative governing structure is being proposed because of the inability to establish a Governing Board. The proposed leadership committee will consist of a Secretary and four Executive Committee Chairs, who will operate independently. The Registered Agent (Huey) is authorized to sign legal documents, eliminating the requirement for a Board President. The Committee will meet monthly to report on the status of each area of responsibility and review any additional Fellowship business, as needed. Chairpersons will submit a report to the Committee at least five days before the monthly meetings.
